ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ရွင္ ေရႊဥမင္ ဆရာေတာ္ဘုရားၾကီး ၏

သိမွတ္ဖြယ္ရာ မွတ္စုပေဒသာ (လက္ေရးမူ မွတ္တမ္းမ်ား)

ဆရာေတာ္ၾကီး၏မူရင္း -

သိစရာေလးနဲ႕ သိတာေလးကုိ ေသေသခ်ာခ် သိေနႏုိင္ဖုိ႕

အေရးၾကီးတယ္။ ပစၥဳပၸါန္မက်ရင္ ပရမတ္ မဟုတ္ေတာ့ဘူး။ ျဖစ္ခ်င္ရင္

ျဖစ္တယ္။ မျဖစ္ခ်င္ရင္ မျဖစ္ဘူးတဲ့။ ေကာင္းတဲ့အာရုံ ကုိခ်ည္း ရူဖုိ႕

ျဖစ္ျခင္းတယ္ ဆိုရင္ မေကာင္းတဲ့ အာရုံေတြဟာ ျဖစ္လာတတ္တယ္။ ဒီလုိဘဲ

မေကာင္းတာေတြကုိ မျဖစ္ခ်င္ဘူး။ မရူခ်င္ဘူး ဆုိရင္လည္း ေကာင္းတဲ့

အာရုံေတြဟာ ျဖစ္မလာတတ္ျပန္ဘူး။  ဒီေတာ့ ေပၚသမွ် သိေနရ

ရူျမင္ေနရမွာက ကုိယ့္တာ၀န္ဘဲ။ တရားဆုိတာ ေကာင္းေကာင္း၊

မေကာင္းေကာင္း ရူျမင္တတ္ရမွာ။ ဒီလို ရူျမင္ တတ္ရင္ တရားသေဘာဟာ

သေဘာတရားပါဘဲ။ ေကာင္းတယ္၊ မေကာင္းဘူးဆုိတာ မရွိပါလားလုိ႕

သိလာပါလိမ့္မယ္။

အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာျပန္ - ဘာသာျပန္ ေဒါက္တာခင္ေမာင္၀င္း

'What you should know , and what you know -  it is important  that you know them.

If  your mind is not kept on the present , then it is no longer the absolute truth.

If there is a will to happen , it happens. Without the will to happen , nothing happens.

If you want only the good things to see, then bad things will develop too.

If you do not want bad things to happen, they happen any way.

If you do not want to see bad things, you see them any way.

So, what must you do? The thing to do is: just know things as they are.

"As they are " – that's the key word. Good or bad, see things as they are.

Then , there will be no such thing as good or bad. Just things as they are.'

 

ပညတ္ ႏွင့္ ပရမတ္ ရွင္းလင္းခ်က္

အဂၤလိပ္လုိ - ေဒါက္တာခင္ေမာင္၀င္း

To explain what is pyitnyat and paramat,

I can do as follows : Paramat is what is really there like  waydana,happiness,sadness ,

things like people,the earth,trees, and so on.Pyitnyat  means the names given to these things.

That is only one way to explain.But Sunlun Sayadaw explains  differently.

He says that everything that is said,written ,spoken,put  into words is pyitnyat.

Paramat is everything that cannot be said, written,spoken,put into words.

So,according to Sunlun Sayadaw,paramat cannot be explained,because once you explain,

it becomes pyitnyat.He says that even everything that the Buddha said is pyitnyay.that s all.

ဗမာလုိ - ဘာသာျပန္ ဂ်ဴနီယာ၀င္း

ပညတ္ ႏွင့္ ပရမတ္ ကိုရွင္းရရင္-

ပရမတ္ဆုိတာ ေ၀ဒနာ၊ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္မူ ႏွင့္ စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္မူေတြ ။ လူေတြ ကမာၻ ၾကီး သစ္ပင္ေတြ

အစရွိသျဖင့္ ေတြကုိေခၚတယ္။ ပညတ္ဆုိတာ အဲသည္အရာေတြကုိေခၚတဲ့အမည္ေတြကုိျဖစ္တယ္။

အဲဒါရွင္းလင္းခ်က္ပါပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ စြန္းလြန္းဆရာေတာ္ရွင္းပုံကမတူဘူး။ ေျပာသမွ် ေရးသမွ် ဆုိသမွ်

ေရးခ်သမွ်ဟာ ပညတ္ ပါပဲတဲ့။ ပရမတ္ ဆိုတာ မေျပာတဲ့အရာေတြ မေရးတဲ့အရာေတြ မဆိုတဲ့

အရာေတြ မေရးခ်တဲ့အရာေတြ ျဖစ္ပါသတဲ့။ စြန္းလြန္းဆရာေတာ္ မိန္႕ခ်က္အရ ပရမတ္ ကုိရွင္းျပ

လုိ႕မရဘူး ဘာေၾကာင့္လဲဆုိေတာ့ ရွင္းျပလုိက္တာနဲ႕ ပညတ္ ျဖစ္သြားတယ္။  ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာေဟာ

ၾကားသမွ်အရာအားလုံးေတာင္မွ ပညတ္ေတြပါပဲ လုိ႕ ဆုိပါတယ္။
